Support Services
Community Living Support
The Community Living Supports (CLS) program is designed to assist individuals with disabilities, to live and thrive in their community. At its core, CLS is person-centered and recovery-oriented, meaningful services are tailored to each individual’s goals, strengths, and preferences. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, support is flexible and evolves as the person grows.

Our DSPs work to teach our clients how to prepare nutritious meals, do laundry, do household maintenance, manage personal finances, social activities, etc. Each activity is tailored to each client’s personal goals.
The program typically focuses on areas such as:
- Daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, budgeting)
- Community integration (accessing local resources, social engagement, transportation use)
- Health and wellness support (appointments, medication reminders, healthy routines)
Semi-Independent Living
Semi-independent living services encourages individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and natural supports needed to live successfully in the community while maintaining choice, dignity, self-direction, and increasing independence.
Respite Care
The respite program is designed to provide short-term care and meaningful support for individuals with disabilities while giving their caregivers a needed break.
